What is the ArchVision return policy?

ArchVision supports the return policy of each product manufacturer. Since each manufacturer’s return policy may differ, carefully read each return policy. All returns must be approved. 

No unapproved return will be accepted. No product may be returned after 14 DAYS from date of delivery/purchase. All eligible returns are subject to a 15% return fee. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

ArchVision’s return policy does not affect the warranties, if any, granted to you under the manufacturer’s product software license.
