I can't login to Dashboard why?

There is a known issue when using special characters (!#@$%^&*) in your password account as result LOGIN INTO THE DASHBOARD FAILS.

To overcome this issue, please visit our website www.archvision.com and RESET your ArchVision account password and USE ONLY Letters (upper case lower case) and numbers, with NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS.

Then try to login into the dashboard again with your new credentials, you should be able to log in successfully.
