When opening AVAIL Desktop and signing in with my ArchVision account, I get my AVAIL profile page but not AVAIL Desktop.
This issue is a known issue for older accounts that sometimes occurs in AVAIL Desktop versions 5.0.1.0 or above. There is an easy fix that simply requires you to set up a Team Name in AVAIL, even if you are the only member of the team.
Please submit an AVAIL support ticket at https://helpcenter.getavail.com/ and they can send you a link where you can quickly set up a team name and access AVAIL Desktop.
